We were extended a very warm welcome at check in and this friendly care continued throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and felt quite safe and secure. A big bonus was how well our small dog was also welcomed to stay. Very conveniently positioned from the motorway with safe parking, perfect for short stay travellers.

I really appreciated the exceptional customer service provided by the staff during my stay. They were extremely friendly and helpful, offering detailed recommendations for my upcoming visit to Europa Park the following day. While the room was average in terms of amenities, I was pleased to find it was immaculately clean, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with a superb value for money ratio, serving delicious regional dishes and wine. Additionally, the parking lot was spacious and conveniently located. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this establishment to others.

Great stop off from the motorway. Rooms small but comfortable. Very good restaurant also gluten free friendly. Good parking.

Great location close to motorway, only 15mins from Swiss Border, excellent communications from the Hotel ahead of time - we were driving a large vehicle and required parking. We also required food and although the Hotel Restaurant was closed they helped guide us to one of the numerous eateries local to the Hotel.

Basic room in a convenient location with 24 reception after a late evening arrival at BSL. Good value.

everything. the receptionist was amazing, friendly, truly helpful and seemed to actually care if we were happy. I know it’s not a five star property, but we were cared for as if it was. The room was small, but very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room quiet. we will stop here again.

Good value, friendly staff. Location was a bit industrial, food was fair, but for the price it was ok. Nowhere near as good as the kyriad we stayed in in epernay which was just off the main street with all the great chateaux.

Arrived on a Sunday night around 8.30, check in was very easy room.was clean and comfortable plenty of free parking

Very quiet yet convenient for the motorway. Excellent dinner cooked by Carlo the owner. We have already booked this hotel for our next trip

The beds were amazing. The comfiest we've had on our trip. The staff were helpful and friendly The 2 course meal in the Restaurant was superb and great value 👌
